Staff friendliness, kindness, disposition and efficiency were great !

Location was not so good. Car needed, but even so, far away from San Pedro’s city centre, particularly ehen back in the evening (bad road, no street illumination).

Sooo clean and friendly. Top manager .

The beds were comfortable. Hotel and rooms are clean. Staff is cooperative.

Heater did not work properly and we were cold all night. water heater did not work in the morning, couldn't take shower. Internet was very slow and Wi-Fi was off at night. .

Clean place but too long away from the town and on a dusty non illuminated and bumpy road

The staff were really helpful and friendly. We loved the hotel's location, some 15 minutes out of town and a short walk from the really interesting Pukar de Quitor ruins (but then again, we were always in a group - not sure how comfortable a woman walking on her own would be late at night; although there are plenty of other people, there are no street lights on the road.)

The wifi is not very good, and only works at reception and in the dining room - if you urgently need to go online, it can be quite testing. There is no air conditioning, but we asked for fans, which were promptly delivered.
