Localização, ótimo serviço de quarto e funcionários muito prestativos em sua maioria.
Conexão de internet, podem melhorar a infraestrutura para atender os hospedes em caso de lotação.
Chegamos a comentar com o concierge, porém, não houve solução. Nos quartos a operadora de telefone não funciona pois as paredes causam interferência de sinal

The design
The water refill
They did not have take-away breakfast, so despite having paid for breakfast we never got to experience it due to early morning tour departures. They have an early breakfast on site which is very poor and nobody wants to have breakfast at 5am.
Live music one night did not allow us to sleep until 10:30pm
