Location was great - staff was excellent- packed us a travel breakfast when we left early for tour.
rooms were small, no wifi after repeated tries even with help of the staff

Super helpful staff who arranged many things for us. Room was super comfortable. Good array of breakfast options at the buffet and eggs cooked to order. They packed a picnic breakfast when we headed out early on tours. They heated the jacuzzi for us a few times which was a hit with the family. Very clean hotel.
The lighting in the room is low, great for sleeping but an extra lamp would help.

Great location near the centre of PD Atacama. Food served at lunch time very good with the restaurant having a good reputation locally.
Nice rustic charm feel about the lodges.
Small pools if you wanted a cold water swim and nice spa, where l had a massage.
Not good value for quality of accommodation.
Only one plug socket in entire room, which didn’t work well and with many covered up… assume to save on electricity ?
Bathroom grout disgusting and was yellow. This simply needed diluted bleach and a toothbrush the clean.
Bathroom very tired with just a whole in the tiled shower try area.
Safe didn’t work and one tiny wardrobe.
Breakfast picnic could have had more variety.
