Otima localização a pouca distancia a pe do centro comercial e restaurantes. Refeições de otima quallidade, tanto no cafe da manha quanto no almoço. Equipe muito prestativa, em especial a Magali.
Uma sugestão de melhoria seria iniciar o cafe da manha as 6:30, dado que vários passeios iniciam bem cedo. Os passeios geralmente incluem o cafe da manhã, que atendem parcialmente os casos de restrição alimentar e medicações, etc. O hotel oferece o box de cafe da manha, que tambem ajuda, mas não resolve os casos de restrição alimentar e medicações. No nosso caso em particular só aproveitamos o ótimo cafe da manha no hotel no dia do retorno.

La atención del personal, fue muy amable todo el tiempo
El restoran, demasiada demora, no fue del todo satisfactorio y su decoración no esta acorde al hotel, ahi tienen un oportunidad de mejora importante

Location, breakfast
We booked this hotel for Christmas night hoping that the Christmas dinner (which was quite expensive) would be a memorable experience. Unfortunately, to the hotel’s discredit, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. There was no program at all, not even basic live music. The food was mediocre, and the meat was completely inedible — it was impossible to chew.
As for cleanliness, the balconies and the swimming pool were extremely dirty, which was very disappointing. Another major drawback was the lack of parking: cars had to be parked on the street in front of the hotel.
