This is an excellent location with a very friendly, quiet and gentle ambience. We’d unhesitatingly return and recommend it. Breakfast and the breakfast room were particular highlights.
I don’t think there was anything we disliked about the property.

Very warm, friendly hotel and staff. Great facilities including garden, dining room with tea / coffee available 24/7. Fantastic breakfast.
Very accommodating, when we asked for early access to our room at short notice when our plans changed.
Brilliant location in the heart of San Pedro; 1 block from Caracoles and 2 blocks off the central square (Plaza de San Pedro de Atacama).
Nothing.
(Minor point - I did read somewhere that the WiFi was only in central areas. We could access from our room, but possibly worth double checking other rooms.)

Hotel is very well located, rooms are comfortable and most staff are very friendly. I would have rated this hotel better but for the water issues and staff reaction to our concerns.
We had no hot water most of the time and no water at all on last two mornings. On both these mornings we had early starts including the day we departed travelling all day on two flights with out a shower. Staff did not seem concerned and just brushed it off so I believe this might be quite normal for the hotel. We were most disappointed with the reaction to our concerns by the staff.
