El hotel es muy cómodo para ir en pareja. La ubicación es excelente, muy cercana a la calle principal. El desayuno y la persona que atiende en comedor 10 de 10.
Cuando llegamos la administradora no nos quería hacer el check in porque según ellos no habíamos cancelado la reserva. Incluso le mostrándole el comprobante de pago, nos tuvo más de media hora esperando, y finalmente la descoordinación había sido de ellos. Eso no debería suceder en un hotel.

I loved the staff. They were so great with the kids. They were so nice and attentive to us. I like the breakfast selection in the morning. I liked how the staff offered us freshly made scrambled eggs for each family member. They even offered us a space heater when it was super cold because we had little kids with us. When the staff had a private BBQ, they even offered my family and I to partake. They were just excellent people. The staff were the best part of the entire experience.
Our door to enter our room had holes in it. The lock to the room required a little learning to use the key efficiently. At first, it took me like 20 seconds to finagle the key into opening the door. The hot/cold water situation was weird. You had to rapidly turn on the water to hot to get the hot water to function, but then you had to back it off to get colder water. If you backed it off too much, then you lost all the hot water, and needed to start the process over again. This made bathing quite a non-enjoyable experience.
