The room was lovely - the bed was huge! The staff were all really friendly and super helpful. It felt like they anticipated everything we could have asked for before we asked for it and provided everything. Breakfast was great and the snack bags they provided when we left for trips before breakfast was also very welcome! The location was also great. Often the first to be picked up by our tours so we got the pick of the seats.

Beautiful immaculately clean accommodation close, but not too close, to the Main Street. Communal areas stunning and the bedroom beautiful with great large bathroom and outside private courtyard. Bed so large and comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the morning but looked forward to it every night. Never had such soft towels - great shower. Staff were so helpful nothing was a problem for them. They made us feel so welcome on arrival with wine and cheese in our room after our evening excursion. Breakfast excellent - best place we have stayed in so far on our trip around South America!

Excellent location right in the centre of San Pedro. Beautiful rooms and common areas. Great breakfast. Staff were kind, helpful, and quick to communicate.
Ongoing repairs during our stay. The pool was unavailable the entire time, and one day we could not use our room after breakfast due to work being done. At checkout, we were suddenly questioned about some tour towels just as we were leaving for our bus, which caused unnecessary stress.
