Our stay was excellent, highlighted by very thoughtful touches. For example, the hotel provided brushes and cleaning cloths specifically for our dusty shoes after our desert hikes, which we greatly appreciated. The wonderful staff showed a keen eye for detail and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable.
The bed was not very comfortable, and my partner and I found it difficult to sleep well as the mattress felt subpar. Additionally, we visited during a very winter season which is a bit windy, and the small gaps in the room doors created noticeable noise at night. I managed to solve this myself by wedging a sock between the doors to tighten the seal and block the sound.

Excellent location right in the centre of San Pedro. Beautiful rooms and common areas. Great breakfast. Staff were kind, helpful, and quick to communicate.
Ongoing repairs during our stay. The pool was unavailable the entire time, and one day we could not use our room after breakfast due to work being done. At checkout, we were suddenly questioned about some tour towels just as we were leaving for our bus, which caused unnecessary stress.
