About this apartment rental
The Space - suitable for sports groups with large living area looking out to a lovely private garden. There are 2 separate bedrooms plus 3 beds in the living area.1 luxury king bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 queen bed in the second bedroom. The apartment offers a small basic kitchenette for light meals, underbench fridge, 2 electric hobs, Nespresso machine, jug, toaster, microwave, laundry, outdoor gas BBQ and freeview TV. Warm and cosy with heating and a large garden for children to play in.
Host lives upstairs but you have full access to the lower level with private entrance. Quiet time between the hours of 10pm to 7am. You may experience some footfall after 7am.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped house. Was a pleasure to stay there. Beds, bedding and towel very vlean and fresh..even a nespresso coffee machine with pods for a decent coffee. Definitely recommended.

We loved the easy-to-find location of this property. The accommodation was thoughtfully laid out and would very easily be suitable for a larger crowd too. We loved the "extras" such as the lovely eco-friendly bathroom and kitchen products plus kitchen appliances/washing machine and dryer. Even down to the water filter jug! Super clean and tidy with everything you need on hand.We would definitely recommend a stay at Helen's when visiting Rotorua!!
