Its facilities and very close proximity to the Maori village tour and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and managed to get everyone’s washing done, thanks for wash soap.
Cooker temperature was all over the place making it really hard to cook. Even on low, all the hobs were fiery.
It could be cleaner and single glazed windows meant it was cold. Appreciated the heaters.
Some food left for us to use , condiments etc were out of date. Could not find any side plates or matches, not the end of the world but nice to have.

Great location, neat and clean, really clear instructions and information. Welcoming and description completely accurate.
Roaming large neighbor dog jumping a tall fence - not any fault of the property but concerning as we had small dogs with us and had to be extra vigilant.

Close to the mountain bike trails, & disc golf course yet still only 5 mins from town. Comfy beds and warm house.
