Pull your car out of the provided four parking spots, or travel like a local on the free island trolley! Whether you spend the day shopping in Holmes Beach or listening to the waves of the Gulf crash against the sand, you'll love coming home to cool off in the shared pool. Dry off and head back to the cottages to start preparing for dinner. Two kitchens, a gas grill, and fresh ingredients from nearby shops ensure a feast you'll always remember! Afterwards, head to either of the living areas to unwind with free WiFi, DVDs, or your new favorite beach read. Don't forget to head up to the rooftop patio to catch a spectacular gold, magenta, and lavender sunset! This listing consists of two beach cottages - Sunfish 102 for six guests and Sunfish 104 for four, for a total occupancy of 10. This property has a 7-night stay requirement. However, select properties have the flexibility for shorter stays. Let us do the searching for you! Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This property has everything you need. The pool was warm and a gathering place for the entire family of 10. It’s steps to the beach and walking distance to coffee, pizza, and some dining. A longer walk, but doable to groceries. We enjoyed our stay. The property had some issues with the washer/dryer units and one shower not draining but these are small maintenance issues that need resolving but didn’t ruin our fun.

The location was great being so close to the beach and we could not stop talking about how beautiful the landscaping was. HOWEVER, we had an issue with the pool that made it unusable for 1/2 of our stay. Midway through our stay the pool started losing water. We immediately messaged Vacasa. The next morning, the pool had lost over 1/2 of its water. We called Vacasa and were told there were no updates from the local team. We called Vacasa a third time when the pool got to 1ft of water left. This time we were assigned as an urgent safety matter as we were afraid a POOL'S WORTH of water may be flooding the unoccupied neighbor's house. We were told during this call that STILL no updates had been made by the local team, even though the they had known about this issue since the day before. Finally several hours later a pool maintenance man arrived, saying he had only been contacted 20 mins prior by Vacasa. At this point it is the end of day and he can not get the part for two more days (day of checkout) as the next day was a holiday. The extremely disappointing part is we booked this house for the pool and had Vacasa responded in a timely matter, the issue could have been fixed. It has been two weeks from checkout and we still have not received compensation for not being able to use the primary amenity let alone the pool heating we paid for. Also, Vacasa says the guest will be charged if the pool alarm is disarmed, yet is was disarmed upon our arrival. Very disappointed in Vacasa.

The location to the beach was outstanding. It was short enough of a distance that my 80 year old mother in law could go to the beach. The duplex set up allowed extended family to have separate spaces. Additional family members rented a nearby condo. The living area and deck/patio spaces allowed everyone to enjoy each other without feeling on top of each other. The nearby trolley stop was convenient. The only thing to be aware of is the doors are hollow-core. You will hear each others movements in the morning and evening. This wasn’t a big deal to us—just something to be aware of if you are a super light sleeper. The exceptionally lovely home and gardens made this tiny thing easily forgotten. We loved it and would rent again if we are lucky enough to return.

Excellent location, beautiful pool, comfortable beds and the most well equipped kitchen we have ever stayed at! They thought of everything! Had some trouble with the wifi going out, the staff tended to this right away and ensured it was fixed. Very happy and highly recommend.

We had a group of 10 over Christmas. We used both units (102 & 104). Both were well equipped only wish we would have known the twin beds were bunk beds before we reserved units. Very quiet and close to the beach.
