Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We have been staying in this complex and specifically this unit for the last 3 years and have never had an issue. It is a great location to the beach (65 steps) and the pool is right out your front door. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on the island. We have already booked for next year!

Loved the condo but needs a few things: new verticle blinds in living room so people can’t see in, ceiling fan in master fixed, & brighter light over dining table. Having said that I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed for two weeks in this condo. The location was excellent and the condo was wonderful. Yes, you could here people above walk, but the fridge making knocking noises was more of a disturbance. The master bed may need replacing soon. Neither put a dent in our vacation - we would stay here again.

Very noisy from the tenants walking on the type of flooring, There we’re two evenings that children were very loud in the pool. At one point at 11.00 Pm we had to tell the teenagers it was time to get out of the pool. After a call to Vacasa who offered no help at all.

The location was great right by the beach. Ground floor very easy to unpack the car. Very clean place. If you plan to cook it is not very stock with kitchen Essentials all was there was salt and pepper.

Can't beat being right on the beach. Nice, spacious condo with a nice pool, well maintained grounds. Pickleball under the lights was a great followup to the stellar gulf sunsets.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the condo was great. We had an awesome relaxing vacation and wanted to book for the same time next year but the price increased mire than 50%. I wish I could afford it but it is what it is. The beach was beautiful, the condo had everything that was needed to have a great time! Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo and island for 2 weeks!

Perfect place to stay and reasonably priced

Was truly only steps to a magnificent beach with clear waters that you can see your toes for 10-12 feet. Pool directly out front door and very nice! Bring your own bed pillows because the ones in the Master bedroom are flat (only 3)and many of the the furnishings and the bathrooms and beach chairs are on the shabby side of shabby chic but everything was very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and most of everything you will need if you want to cook. Barbecue is very small will fit two or three burgers. There is no washer dryer in the unit so bring quarters or go into the town laundry. Take a free trolley into town, with many local eateries and nice shops.Parking right outside your door. We had some issues with cable but the management company was excellent and responsive. I would highly recommend. Very good value, we had an awesome time.

Jan 2021 getaway
The rental was exactly what is pictured, king size bed was comfortable and the kids did not complain about the twins. Bath towels, kitchen towels, and pool towels were provided. The kitchen had some pots and pans, some kitchen utensils, along with plates/silverware. Management provided a disposal kitchen sponge, small dish soap, one time use dishwasher detergent, and a one time use box of laundry soap.
Pros: we were just steps away from the beach, it was a quiet neighborhood, pool was clean and up kept. There were a few beach toys and chair provided, we left our beach toys we purchased as well for future guests. We loved the fact we could come and go to the beach so easy, beautiful beaches and not over crowded!
Cons: there was one roll of paper towels provided, no napkins, no extra paper towels, no garbage bags provided, no coffee filters. Not deal breakers, just know you are going to be providing your own essentials.
Vacasa management was quick to responed and had great customer service. I would rent this property again in the future.
