The location, the staff and ambience. Lovely pool and sunset bar.
A little more light in the bedrooms and on Sunday it really felt like a go slow day even though the hotel was full.

The property was stunning and in a beautiful location. Our room was perfect.
We received a call earlier in the day to advise there was no air con. We asked if they could find us an alternative as it was super hot; they said there was no need but offered no discount. Manager was going to call me to discuss this but to date still no response?
We also ordered cabs via the hotel as we were attending a wedding. The cabs didn’t show and fortunately a guest offered to give us a lift. The staff not stressed or sorry!
We left our key at the reception but when we got back from the wedding (12.30 am), the entire place was locked up. We weren’t advised of this when handing over our key. I had to call the manager who was sleeping and had to open up for us.

Really stunning space. Low bungalow type buildings amongst landscaping and a great pool area. The Panasonic bar for lunch and tapas was lovely and the guys running it very professional
Nothing negative really. Layout of bedrooms mean they are a bit dark but they are beautifully appointed. Shame that for the two nights we were there that the main restaurant closed - really? It was end of August not end of the season

Great location to chill!
Breakfast was poor and plates were dirty.
Staff wasn’t always the friendliest either unfortunately.
