Great location to visit the old town area! Very spacious rooms that commodate up to 3 persons in one room, which is rare in France!
Some facilities area could be better/ upgraded or need renovation like the eating area chairs; ceiling can have AC condensation that could be inspected as liquid can fall onto your food (can cost food contamination).

Room for the disabled was very good - placed next to the escalator, with direct access to a large (shared) terrace.
Breakfast was average (but not exceptional) for the value.
Parking close but must be paid for. We had dinner on the terrace and room service was very good.
A four-star hotel should not have worn and broken (!) outside terrace furniture :-(

Our room was very large, clean and had very effective air conditioning. The hotel is in a great location just outside the old city walls, and the large underground car park with direct access to the hotel was very convenient.
Overall the hotel felt pretty tired and in need of a refurb. The buffet breakfast was fairly limited and only OK quality. The hotel has a bar, but it's basically just part of the reception area and not at all a nice place to grab a drink. Fortunately we find several really nice restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.
