Very helpful staff, beautiful old building, spotlessly clean, lovely towels etc in the bathrooms
It doesn’t have all the facilities one would expect from a 5* hotel; although it’s inside the old city, there’s not much happening nearby

Existing on past laurels. Wardrobe handles need replacing as they represent a source of potential laceration.
