The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and a good size. The spa was excellent. A variety of food for breakfast with good service. WiFi was good. A good location for exploring the town. We received a good recommendation for an agroturismo restaurant locally, which worked out really well. The hotel allowed us to watch the world cup in one of the public rooms.
No ev charging points on site. No complimentary tissues or water in the room. Not a lot of storage in the room. The hotel was tastefully decorated but did not feel that welcoming. Parking was limited on site. (We knew this prior to the visit.) Our only evening meal there was disappointing and not as good as other local places.

Beautiful hotel with great thermal water pool and spa facilities. We enjoyed a morning of pool and spa there and it was amazing! The room was quite spacious, everything was very clean.
The staff at the reception were quite unwelcoming.

Why do they write that this is a 5-star hotel? The breakfast was poor. There is a time limit for spa access. If you can't park around the hotel, they send you to a paid parking lot inside the hotel grounds for 15 €.
