The carpet smell at corridors was not nice

The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting Parma and surrounding areas. The centre of Parma is a 10 minute walk away through a lovely city park. The level of comfort and service in the hotel is excellent. We would definitely return to this hotel if we were staying in the area again.
Two slight issues - the shower in the bath tended to leak due to the shower door not sealing properly. In addition, there was a high demand on the two coffee machines at breakfast, a third machine might be helpful. Overall, however, we had a great stay.

Huge room with a lot of confort. Definitely not the most modern one but everything that is needed is there. Big buffet breakfast and friendly staff.
For the value the hotel is quite pricey, it's not very central and the location is nice during day time being close to a big park but at night it's so funny to walk around the area. Also, the parking could be free

Spacious room and nice decoration. Great variety for breakfast
The property is close to the center but on a busy road. Although the deco is charming some renovation would be needed.
