Comfortable room. Really appreciated the early check-in after 30+ hours travelling from Australia

The pool was great
The shower was dirty, we took pictures and told the staff. They sent someone to clean it the next day, however the shower looked exactly the same. Location wasn't great (we knew this coming) lots of people hanging about the area. Easy to walk to centre though.

Location in walking distance to the city.
The hotel staff does not meet the standards and brand promise of Novotel Group. Interaction with guests are rather poor, several service errors like entering the room without prior notice before 9am, staff not responding to email requests, reception staff not welcoming. Room fair but not well maintained.

Great staff
A lot of homeless immigrants roaming and loitering in the streets outside, not a safe area, military presence.
