Lovely big room with a mezzanine floor. Good kitchenette facilities and good size bathroom.
Stairs to the upper level were a little difficult to navigate and quite dangerous in the middle of the night if you didn't leave a light on downstairs.

Great location.
A support in the bed frame was broken, thus the mattress sagged. The difficulty with this hotel is that there is no reception on location. Via phone, the staff offered to change rooms but it would have meant packing everything up in the middle of the night, walking 15min each way to the Novotel to get a new room key. So we suffered through with a sagging mattress. The next day on checkout we were met with suspicion that we had damaged the bed. The only compensation offered was a drink at the bar at 10am. Otherwise staff were generally helpful and courteous.
