We recently stayed at Sina Maria Luigia in Parma and overall had a pleasant experience, mainly thanks to its excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the historic centre and very close to the central railway station, which makes it ideal for exploring the city on foot or arriving by train.
Also the room was surprisingly spacious
However, the property clearly shows its 1980s character, and it would benefit from a full renovation. The décor, facilities, and especially the bathrooms feel outdated. A refresh with modern amenities, new painting, and updated furnishings would significantly improve the guest experience.

Close to the train station, which is how I choose my stays in Europe. Trains and buses take you anywhere you need to go.

The beds were clean and comfortable.
The kids feeding chair was disgusting. Never ever cleaned. I also feel that the standard has dropped. This is my 4th stay here and now considering looking for other accommodation due to this.
