The hotel was spotless and had a very spacious public area inside and outside. The breakfast had a huge range catering for every taste and it was very good although some items could be a bit on the cold side. The staff were extremely friendly and would always acknowledge you and greet you. The rooms were comfortable and well air conditioned which was very welcome. Bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. A very pleasant experience.
The underground car park is small and the entry and exit are steep and tricky as it is very curved. I cannot fault the hotel in anything to be honest, it felt premium. I would certainly return to this location again.

It was beautifully located with easy access to the sea and private beach. The gardens hosted sun beds and umbrellas which was fabulous.
It was immaculately clean and well maintained. Beautiful decor with choice art pieces.
There is no fine dining restaurant. I was celebrating my birthday and had to leave the hotel to find a nice restaurant to enjoy an à la carte menu and fine dining restaurant.
It’s such a pity the hotel being 4 star one would expect more than the basic restaurants

The location was wonderful
The TV was unusable in the bedroom it was in such a bad place that only one person sitting on a chair very close to it could watch , I complained and the receptionist shrugged it off . The pics of the room did not match the room . We paid for a superior room which was meant to have a gown and slippers which we didn’t receive , a bottle of wine and a platter of fruit which was 2 old soft apples so hardly worth the extra money . THe lifeguard leaves at 6 and throws everyone out the pool at 6 which is very early in summer
