Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, shuttle service van en naar de haven is fijn. Kamer is groot en schoon. Zwembad is heerlijk. Locatie is prachtig. Ontbijt was lekker.

Wir wurden vom Hafen abgeholt und wieder dorthin zurückgebracht (das muss man allerdings vorher melden). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es half uns bei der Organisation von Bootsausflügen und gab uns gute Tipps, um Lipari zu entdecken. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Nähe eines schönen Strands und nur wenige Schritte vom Seeplatz entfernt. Es gibt einen schönen Pool im Hotel. Das Frühstück war auch ganz in Ordnung. Gerne wieder!
Der Jacuzzi draußen war nicht in Betrieb (es war Wasser drin und man konnte reingehen, aber der Whirlpool war aus), aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es war wirklich alles super.

Bed was comfortable, nice views (so long as you pay for sea view). Free transfers to and from the harbour
Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room and was slow in other parts of hotel.
Rooms very dated, need a freshen up.
Breakfast was disappointing
it’s set back from the sea and the beach close by isn’t really a beach
