The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and we had a nice balcony with views of the Adriatic. We had a boat trip the morning we checked out and they allowed us to come back to the hotel and use the spa facility to shower and change which was very accommodating. Breakfast had tons of options and was yummy.
We thought the property was on a beach...but while it was not on a beach, they had a shuttle to a beach where the hotel guests had access.

Nice balcony looking over the sea. Really lovely staff. Good pool and facilities provided on a beach 2 miles away with free shuttle bus
It didn't affect us but most of the saunas in the wellness suite were not functioning. Description mentions a restaurant but only breakfast and pool side snacks available. No evening meals. Our shower was in the bath with no screen or curtain (room 16)
