The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Good internet speed.
The reception area was comfortable and spacious.
The floor covering in the room wasn’t particularly comfortable and the wardrobe was in an awkward place

Convenient location just off the highway. Family room worked well. Room for just one person on the sofabed.
Small kitchenette area. Seems unnecessary in a hotel room but the fridge was helpful.
There wasn't much choice for hot breakfast. What was there was cold.
The bathroom is in the bedroom. No privacy and impractical as the water goes everywhere. The shower is over the bath and the shower head was broken.
Only one bedside light worked. There weren't enough plug sockets.
