Lovely bit of luxury in the picturesque heart of St Austell.
Everything was good.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. Lovely breakfast.
The floorboards in the bedroom were very noisy, you couldn’t move around quietly!

Staff were lovely and cleaner did the best job they could. Outside of the building is gorgeous. Parking on opposite side of the road is convenient and you get given a pass code, also free.
The smells coming up from the restaurant in to the rooms. The musky smells within the room because it’s such an old building. Although the cleaner did a good job, the rooms need a redo. Furniture worn, carpet worn, bathroom needed new flooring and sealant. Needs freshening up, some deep cleaning and nice smelling diffusers.
