Good location, free parking, bar and restaurant below room, bright bathroom.
Cobwebs on the ceiling and centre light, room too small, no room for suitcase, very poor TV signal, bed too soft.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay again. Customer service was on point. Staff are really friendly polite, helpful and make there jobs seem effortless, I was really impressed with everyone I came across, it has a warmly family feel, to make you feel at home. 10 out of 10 for that. Breakfast was good and service was matched. I also liked that heart radio was playing when I entered my room for the first time.
To be honest there's not an awful lot that I could moan about... like things down to decore in my room are preference so not really applicable. The price of the top line larger is at least a pound over priced on the pint though I will say that although I still drank them.

Staff were lovely and cleaner did the best job they could. Outside of the building is gorgeous. Parking on opposite side of the road is convenient and you get given a pass code, also free.
The smells coming up from the restaurant in to the rooms. The musky smells within the room because it’s such an old building. Although the cleaner did a good job, the rooms need a redo. Furniture worn, carpet worn, bathroom needed new flooring and sealant. Needs freshening up, some deep cleaning and nice smelling diffusers.
