This is the best hotel in the whole of Crete no doubt 2nd time retuning to stay in the hotel and it is just excellent every time the hotel think of everything you might need when you are on hotel and do a brilliant job the hospitality is impeccable as always this hotel and the staff hold a special place in my heart will never stop returning and recommending this hotel thanks you guys for everything again!!

The property was well located in the center of Ag Marina. Short taxi ride to Chania but plenty to do in Ag Marina. It was very clean and our housekeeping team were very keen to ensure we had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kosta who helped us when we arrived late and Rena on reception. Our room 954 had beautiful views. The 3 pools were lovely and clean and we loved they enforced the no reserving sunbeds before 8:30am, although it was always easy to find room at the pools not beachside. The massages were great value! Definitely book one! The breakfast selection is amazing
The gym is a bit small and needs wipes to clean.

Perfect location
The rooms are quite small, and the service wasn’t really good. They only changed the towels every two days.
