Leider entäuschend.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war eiskalt am Anreise Abend. Die Matratzen alt und durchgelegen. Die Eingangstüre hörte man im Zimmer sehr gut. Die Türe zum Zimmer klemmte.

Gut und perfekt für ein Aufenthalt im Europapark

War angenehm, alles was man braucht war da Treppe hoch war etwas small und unregelmässig.

Okay für Kurztrip

Nähe zum Europapark super. Frühstück prima und ausreichend. Wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt.

Es war okay. An manchen Stellen muss mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Leider war dies nicht überall der Fall. Bei Ankunft war es sehr muffig im Zimmer, so dass wir erstmal komplett lüften mussten. Bettlaken hatte leider diverse Löcher. Allerdings nach dem ersten Tag wurde das Zimmer in Ordnung gebracht, danach hat es sehr angenehm gerochen.

Sehr unfreundlich, zudem keine Besetzung der Rezeption in Notfällen

Die kurze Gehzeit zum Park.

Als Kunde und Gast sollte man sich eigentlich willkommen und wohlfühlen aber es war leider nicht so, deshalb habe ich ein paar Stichpunkte notiert. - Beim einchecken wurden wir sehr unfreundlich abgehandelt. -Die Besetzung der Rezeption war an den angegeben Zeiten nicht erreichbar sowie nur teilweise besetzt. - Es gab eine sehr lautstarke Auseinandersetzung in dem Hotel, in Nähe der Lounge. Andere Gäste haben sich von 22 Uhr bis 24 Uhr lautstark verbal beschimpft. Ich habe versucht die Rezeption zu erreichen aber niemand ging an das Telefon, obwohl eine Nummer hinterlegt wurde, für dringende Notfälle. (z.B. Ruhestörung) - Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr hellhörig und waren nicht richtig gereinigt. -Wir haben das Hotel frühzeitig verlassen obwohl wir noch einen Tag zur Verfügung und bezahlt hatten. Für uns war dies nicht mehr tragbar, wir wollten nur noch weg. Fazit: Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht und werden auch nicht mehr wieder kommen, Gäste werden nicht wie Gäste/ Kunden behandelt. Nach dem Motto, das schnelle Geld zählt!

Séjour très sympatique pour un rapport qualité/prix irréprochable.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du parc d'attraction et du centre de Rust. Parking facilement accessible. Petit déjeuner copieux. Bonne literie.

La chambre sous toit possède un velux malheureusement impossible à entrouvrir car il est retenu par un fil. Prise électrique défectueuse avec câbles visibles, support du pommeau de douche cassé (pas très pratique du coup!), et manque de place pour poser une trousse de toilette... mais ce ne sont que des détails.

Good

Breakfast was really nice. Location of the hotel is very close to EP so that's a big plus. We arrived after 2200hrs and had to walk quite a bit from where the key was left for us and the room (it was actually in another building) but apart from that all was good.

Distance from key pick up and breakfast location to actual hotel room. Also, there was no real reception but we managed fine :)

Location +++ (for Europa Park visitors)

Very close to the Europa Park (we stayed at Park Hotel & Gästehaus Rust the night before going to the Europa Park). Also, a very exquisite breakfast was set in the morning. Nice alternative to the Europa Park Hotels, but without the additional perks (like being allowed in a half hour earlier).

Bathroom could use a renovation. Still, everything was in working order, so no real reason to complain.

The hotel is really nice and auper close to the Europe park main entrance. I liked the room and that i had ac. Very good breakfast

i needed to ask for the remote, not so good) I couldn't lock the door from the inside, what make me feel not safe so i couldn't sleep well.

i don t like because the personal don t speak english is a tourist city it is most important to know to speak .

because i think i reserve what i see in pictures , it is very small the room and it is not in the building with reception i need to find then … can t be confortable for me or can write then in description .

nice stay for one night at Europapark.

bouse insulation to be improved. we heard the neighbors when they walk, come in and walk in the stairs.

Great staff and service, sadly the hotel and rooms are too expensive for what they are.

Excellent breakfast and large breakfast with a variety of choices (hot and cold), the place was really close to Europapark and the staff was really friendly ! Room service was impeccable. I would come back but certainly in another room...

The room was absolutely not as advertised on booking.com. First of all it was in another building 100m away, it was cheaper looking and smaller than the images may give away. The door was really thin, you could hear absolutely everything from the corridor.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good, location to Europa-Park was perfect only a 2/3 minute walk.

Never any staff around on reception to help with problems, the shower in our room was broken and full of mould on the ceiling and walls.

The washroom door‘s lock was not working for room 40. This room was also smaller than room 38 even though we paid the same price for both the rooms.

great place comfortable and spacious

very specious and comfortable, we got everythig we needed and it was perfect for our little holiday at Europa Park. Only 5 mins walk to park, good restaurants at a stone throw and even a food truck right at the parking in case you are too tired after the park

The location is in good walking distance to the EuropaPark

The rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything from the surrounding. Very old and outdated, the bathroom was smelly and pretty old too. Breakfast is very limited and basic.

Breakfast: salmon, selection of sliced meats, selection of cheeses (including goat cheese), fresh honey, …

We were moved to a subsidiary building that was 10 minutes away and had no warm water. The room was at the top such that the rain trickled down on the roof window during the whole night.

We liked that it was an easy walk to the Europapark. It was also a good size for our family.

There was never anyone at the front desk to ask a question.
