Good in general. Correct Reservation and comunication. Just in the center of the city. FAST Check in, easy and friendly!. Room spacious and clean, With chance of parking (we didn't need). The hotel is ecofriendly, so they ask for taking care of towells, not cleanning daily rooms. Enough buffet Breakfast upstairs with nice view. The details of all europe, short beds, not practical bathroom, no ammenities, but no problem. At 6 pm, the main door closes, but you can get in with your key and there is a phone number for any situation. There is a nice italian style restaurant on 1st floor. Special thank's to Ladies from the Desk and breakfast, they are so kind and friendly. Miss Edith very proffesional and kind. We will come back, for sure!

It was very easy to find even at night, the parking was clear and very easy to get into. The staff was absolutely amazing. They gave clear instructions on how to park and enter the hotel, they gave us a pin to open the box with our room key and instructions. They even sent us photos with annotations on how to navigate the hotel, as the reception was closed when we arrived at 10pm. The room was so clean and comfortable, the location was phenomenal, in the centre with so much to see and so much tourist attractions.
I only wish the entrance of the hotel from the parking lot (it’s public but joined with the hotel and you get a special price as a guest), as it was a bit tricky.

Comfortable and good location. Especially appreciated having AC during the terrible heat wave. We could escape to our room when we weren’t feeling well. Very helpful woman at reception.
