This was our second stay in this lovely complex of only 9 apartments I believe
This time we stayed in number 24 there are not 24 apartments .a lovely apartment with a fabulous balcony ,the bedroom is upstairs and the ac was amazing despite exceptionally high temperatures .the shower is one of the largest I have enjoyed in Italy
There is a simple kitchenette to prepare simple meals or snacks which i find wonderful as i dont want to eat out all the time
One orders breakfast the night before so that it is fresh ,no trays of cold scrambled egg and greasy bacon to serve oneself from ..My husband enjoyed an omelette each day and fresh croissants and we both enjoyed the freshly prepared fruit salad every morning ,we really enjoyed several meals in the restaurant again one chooses early in the day from a menu of several choices for each course .this means the food is prepared freshly each day and all in the party can enjoy some good wine , the staff are all lovely and very helpful indeed
There is a good sized pool in the grounds with the best poolshower i have ever enjoyed . At no time in our 10 days there was the pool ever crowded
So many places to visit from here of course we enjoyed Siena again but there are many many hilltop villages not in the guide books with lovely scenery and historical buildings ask the staff for ideas they are so happy to advise you.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Cassio di Baccano. The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and the whole place had a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Our host Carla was very kind and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to try the dinner, which looked very inviting. That will definitely be something we try next time!
We would happily come back and highly recommend Villa Cassio di Baccano for a relaxing stay in Tuscany.

It was clean, quiet and peaceful place to spend one night.
There were many stairs to get to the room and having heavy luggage made it difficult. It is also ticked away on a little lane way which made it difficult to find.
