Hotellet lå tæt på toppen af en bjergside med en flot udsigt ned til Varese, vi fik en fan til værelset som havde balkon og der var en ok morgenmad, der er parkering på stedet Hotellet lå tæt på toppen, hvor der ligger en meget charmerende by og en af de flotteste mindre kirke jeg har set .
Parkeringspladssen var lille og der var ikke aircondition på værelset .

The view was stunning!! The peaceful and secluded room overlooking the lake ahead was wonderful, being on a sacred mountain surrounded by history.
The lack of facilities in the hotel (due to renovation) we ate at the sister hotel, the breakfast service was very chaotic and slow, the breakfast itself was nice.

I am a single lady of over 80 travelling back to Tuscany from the UK in my car. My booking was accepted and then later in an email I was told that the hotel was being refurbished and there was no restaurant for dinner or breakfast and we had to go off to another hotel to eat. The hotel had a horrid closed feeling and not even a bar or anywhere to sit.
I took the dog down into the garden. This was all overgrown and some of the steps were highly dangerous and crumbling.
I think that it is appalling that I was not told about the refurbishment when I booked. I certainly would have booked elsewhere
Also a really incredibly hard uncomfortable bed ( also this needed refurbishing!!)
Personally to take €117 for this booking was quite wrong.
