Staff is good. Maria and Monica were very helpful with reception and late checkout. Bus connectivity is amazing.
Swimming Pool is additional charge, its awkward and missing transparency at the time of booking. AC are controlled by reception, you can not control from room, so expect some service delay and uncomfort.

The friendly and welcoming staff. They were polite and approachable throughout our visit.
If you’re an adult and want to use the swimming pool, you have to pay an extra fee. Breakfast wasn’t the best, with a poor selection of hot food and many of the dishes and glasses were chipped. There were also ants walking across the bar counter. When we informed the staff, they just brushed it off as if it were completely normal.
