L’emplacement à quelques pas de la mer : top

Lovely gardens and pool area and very quiet during the day.
Great breakfast.
Comfortable beds and pillows.
Clean room.
Great location, 2 mins from beach and 3 mins from medina.
Lovely Reading area downstairs.
Pool and rooms were cleaned everyday.
I booked a room with a balcony, as it said on booking.com. When I arrived the lady on reception showed me to a room with only windows overlooking a road which was noisy.
I showed her my booking and that it clearly said the room had a balcony. She didn’t take any notice and insisted I had that room. I asked for one with a balcony and she said an extra 500 mad a night. When I said I would pay that, she suddenly said there was no room as they were full.
I was a little upset, as I always book rooms with balcony’s and it wasn’t what I’d booked.
I went out and when I came back there was a male receptionist, so I told him what had happened and also on booking.com it was showing the hotel did have a room with a balcony. He said they did and it would only be 200 mad more a night. He showed me the room overlooking the pool and gardens, with also a sea view. It was a lovely room and I’m so grateful he gave it to me, as I would have hated it in the other one. Not really happy about having to pay more when that was what I’d booked. I told them it was misleading on the website and they need to change it to accurately reflect what people are booking.

Super emplacement à 5 minutes à pied de la médina et du port
Super equipe, agréable, sympathique, et ultra disponible!
Nous avions réservé deux chambres pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 5ans pour 6nuits ils nous ont arrangés en mettant 2 chambres communicantes.
Les serviettes de bain sont changés tous les 2 ou a la demande. Le personnel est très disponible!
Les sèches cheveux sont disponibles à l accueil.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, nous avons demandé des omelettes en plus que nous avons eu sans soucis.
La piscine est fraîche car il y a beaucoup de vent en ce moment ce n est pas là faute de l hôtel!
Le seul bémol le jus d orange en brique.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le personnel, souriant, disponible, chaleureux. Beaucoup aimé la discrétion et le professionnalisme de la femme de chambre.
L'emplacement est au top pour tout faire à pied.
Le petit jardin et la petite piscine.
La présence d'un veilleur
L'avantage de l'emplacement a sa contre partie, c'est extrêmement bruyant, jusqu'à tard la nuit ( 1h00 du matin)
L'hôtel semble a l'abandon, le mobilier du jardin n'est pas entretenu ( rouillé, la peinture du bois s'écaille, j'ai abîmé un vêtement), les bains de soleil en plastique crasseux. Si l'eau de la piscine est entretenue, ce n'est pas le cas de la piscine qui s'écaille, cognée le pied dedans, ressortie avec de la peinture dessus.
La Salle de bain, infiltrations
Le petit déjeuner : service à table. Toujours les mêmes ingrédients. Pourrait être varié. Et la chasse au gaspillage pourrait être pensée.
Revoir la stabilité des tables et globalement la décoration pour qu'elle soit plus locale.
Il semblerait que l'hôtel vient de rouvrir, géré de la France, ce qui pourrait expliquer les constats.
Le rapport qualité/ prix n'y ait pas, 78 euros la nuit avec le petit.
