Friendly helpful staff, great location.
There is no lift, which was not a problem for us but it is a long climb to the top floor. Remember to buy an ommisions zone sticker for your car if you want to park in the carpark next to the hotel. Or park at the Sports centre over the river, it's free and about a 10/15 min walk.

The position it is OK with Cathedral and also the breakfast was good!!
The hotel could be more clean and also the details of the facilities need a little bit of refresh!
