The location is excellent and the hotel is lovely, but what truly made our stay special was the amazing customer service. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to help us, especially with an unexpected situation involving our delayed luggage. We felt genuinely cared for and are so grateful for everything they did for us. Exceptional service!

The property is very conveniently located in the center of Nice, giving you plenty of access to all of the local shops and restaurants at walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We traveled from Southern California for 14+ hours and they were able to check us in early at 11am. That made a huge difference to us. The staff really went above and beyond!
