Amazing location and very nice staff
No AC, I did not read anything on the booking so maybe they told it there. Anyways the stay was very nice

the food and the service was excellent
the room was clean
The shower wasn't great, the bathroom is big but the shower cabin is tiny and there's no fixed shower head. You have to hold the douchette to wash your head.
The room and bathroom were really cold and there's no heating working.
Also no telephone to contact reception.

Lake view is amazing. The hotel is very cosy, clean and the people very welcoming and friendly.
No bad thing for the hotel. The only thing yoo should know, the last 2 km road is on the mountain so too narrow, you need to be carefull. However it worth to go.
