- Good location close to the train station and the metro station
- Very nice front desk staff, though some speak only basic English
- We were given a room facing the street, but the windows blocked out a lot of the street noise quite well. During our 4 night stay, only the Friday night was noisy when loud bassy music from passing cars was clearly audible.
- I like that there were two chairs in the room. It was nice to get slippers for the tiled floor. Also, the complimentary crostatini snack and bottles of water were a nice touch.
The room is quite dated. The mini-fridge didn’t work, the hair dryer barely worked. The bathroom really needs a refresh, some shower fixtures are covered with mold, the toilet tank gets covered with condensation which drips down loudly at night. The worst nightmare was the toilet leaking onto the floor at the base, which made the bathroom smell badly of urine and we had to keep it plugged with tissue paper.
