Great location, combini across the street and a supermarket around the corner. Access to Yamanote-line, Asakusa-line (goes directly to Haneda and Narita airport) and Ikegami-line.
Friendly staff with smooth check-in and check-out.
Decent breakfast; I liked the little morning hamburgers. (They also had fish, omelets, yoghurt, plenty for protein lovers.)
Air humidifiers are available in each room as standard.
No complaints.

Its location is perfect! There's Lawson just a few steps from the hotel and the JR station is just 3min walk. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby.
It snowed during our stay and we didn't have umbrellas. The staff lent us one. They were very warm and accommodating, always smiling and ready to help.
We could hear the voices of other guests, it was a bit distracting. Moreover, there wasn't any coffee in their amenity bar. We bought our own from Lawson, but there was no teaspoon in the room. The room was also narrow, which I understand because it's Tokyo.

Great location. Amazing staff! Great air conditioning.
Bad elevator functioning in terms of user experience. Room was dirty above waist level: drips of nicotine on the walls, dirty celling. No transparent window.
