I really enjoyed my stay at Privato Makati. The room service was exceptional — Charles, Aris, and Kakai made my stay very memorable with their attentive and excellent service. The front desk team, especially Claude, Camille, and Paula, was courteous and helpful, and they made it easy for me to get familiar with the Makati area and the surrounding neighborhoods. Dave, who served breakfast, went above and beyond his normal duties and made the dining experience especially pleasant.
Honestly, I had a very positive experience overall and don’t have any major complaints to share.
