I loved the room and the bed and bedding are the most comfortable I have experienced in all my years of travelling as a hotel company executive. But best of all were the staff at reception. Oumaima and Khadija were really outstanding, looking after us in every way possible with efficiency, kindness and a great sense of humour. Oumaima organised a city tour and a taxi for us to the airport and did everything to assist us throughout our stay.
Perhaps the breakfast could be improved on, I would give it 4 stars (still good) rather than 5.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center, and I am pleased to share that my experience was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated a consistently high level of professionalism, kindness, and hospitality.
A special appreciation goes to Ms. Oumaima, whose positive attitude and proactive approach truly stood out. She handled critical situations with calm, confidence, and efficiency, ensuring that everything was resolved smoothly. Her dedication to guest satisfaction made a meaningful difference during my stay.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to all the hotel employees. Their constant warmth, genuine smiles, and attentive service created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. Whether at the reception, restaurant, or housekeeping, every interaction reflected a strong commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction.
