We booked this villa in January 2026 with a non-refundable policy, before the global situation changed and travel became uncertain. We reached out to Aya to explain our concerns, and she kindly offered us the flexibility to change our booking dates if needed—an incredibly generous gesture, especially given the no-cancellation terms. Fortunately, everything worked out, and we were still able to make the trip! From the very beginning, communication with Aya was flawless. She was attentive, proactive, and always ready with helpful tips, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Toto—which made a huge difference, especially since we had 16 suitcases! Having someone there to assist us right away was a lifesaver. Inside the villa John welcomed us and explained everything. Aya had also prepared a thoughtful welcome gift for us, which made us feel even more at home from the moment we arrived. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children), and we had requested extra mattresses in advance. To our delight, everything was already prepared and set up in the master bedroom upon arrival. The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom even includes a bathtub, and all bathrooms have hot water. A thoughtful touch was the collection of brochures on the table with local tips and recommendations. On our second night, we ordered food from the local pizzeria “Nostra”—highly recommended! The villa is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen—even a kettle, which we really appreciated. At one point, we wanted to clean ourselves, and when we asked for a broom and mop, they were delivered to us within 10 minutes. They also washed our clothes. That level of service truly stood out.

Absolutely amazing property, had everything we could hope for. During our 9 day stay John was always checking if we had everything or needed something extra, also giving suggestions to help with our plans. We really liked that the property was a little further from the main road and therefore nice and quiet. Same time it was not too far to have a short walk to the tuk-tuks. Would recommend or visit any time again!

The size of the villa was really good, big and spacious for 4 adults. I really liked the hang out area in the centre, which we spent most of our evenings. The location was good, very close to lio beach which was my favourite beach. The villa was very clean and Ivy and Toto did a great job keeping it clean everyday.

The last section of the road towards the villa is not cemented and is on a dirt path with lots of holes. Thankfully we rented a 4x4 car so had no issues, so take this into consideration if you are thinking of renting a car. Also the size of the parking lot was very tight for our 4x4 pick up truck, but we still managed to squeeze it in.

Loved Ivy and her attentiveness to every need. She made sure to keep communicating the entire time, even when our luggage had to be dropped off by the airlines at 10:45pm. The AC was out in one of the rooms and they scheduled a replacement as soon as they could. We loved being close to lio beach and the airport. The property had everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.

The unpaved road leading to the villa was quite surprising. With the villas in the area I would hope that the owners would get together and make this change. Giving directions to the villa was quite difficult. Getting in and out by tricycle was easy once we started using the same drivers.
