-es war sauber -die Betten waren bequem -es wird auch Taucherbrille, Ball etc bereit gestellt, falls das jemand braucht -es hatte alles was man brauchte, bis auf die Abfallsäcke, die musste man selber kaufen (finde für den Preis wo man für die Wohnung zahlt und dass man den Abfall selber entsorgen muss, sollten die eigentlich bereit gestellt werden. Oder wir haben sie einfach nicht gefunden :) ) - der Strand ist in der Nähe - Lidl und Restaurant sind in der Nähe Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder nehmen, uns hat es sehr gefallen :)
- ist direkt an der Strasse. Für jemand der einen leichten Schlaf hat und gerne mit offenem Fenster schläft, ist es sehr lärmig mit den Autos (in der Nacht scheint diese zur Rennstrecke zu werden). Teils waren in der Nacht betrunkene und laute Touristen unterwegs. - Die GPS Location Daten auf Booking stimmen nicht. Die Adresse zeigte auf der Maps drei diverse Standorte an (auch via Link von SM Holiday Properties zeigte es falsch an), was zur extremen Verwirrung führte auch für den Taxi Fahrer. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Glauben gebucht, dass sie näher zu Playa de Muro ist, jedoch war die Wohnung näher zum Port Alcudia, was natürlich für uns besser war ohne Auto, da alles in Gehweite war (Lidl, Restaurants, Port Alcudia und auch zur Altstadt war man in 30min zu Fuss dort). SM Holiday Properties war aber via Whatsapp gut erreichbar und wir bekamen auch immer sofort eine Antwort wenn was war. :) Ansonsten war alles super mit der Wohnung :)

It is super close to the beach. Many nice restaurants close-by. We got all facitilites we needed even some coffee pads for making coffe. There was 6 +1.5 (cooled) liter of water waiting for us as a courtesy of the host. Parking works most of the time.
The photos are 'beautified'. The accomodation is still OK, but not that light/spatious as it seems. It is also facing the main road so it is not too quiet (also not too noisy though). Note: the weather conditions were terrible (super hot with high humidity); I recommend skipping Alcudia in July/August.
