Gorgeous old Inn right opposite the sea. Close to everything in Newlyn and east to get to and from. Friendly staff and owners. The room was big and comfortable with everything you need. Amazing breakfast menu too!

Wonderful views from the front of the smugglers
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and unusual items on the menu.
The room was hot and very stuffy as you would expect in the middle of summer. We had to have the room door open as the small window open was not enough to create a draft. Having the door open left us feeling less secure and battling with the sound of the seagulls.
I asked for a fan and was told they do not provide one. This was not acceptable to us especially when they have a winter duvet on the bed which I then had to strip off.
This really spoilt our stay and accounts for the score
