Great staff. Clean rooms. Very good soap/shampoo/conditioner.
Can't believe a suburban hotel charges for parking.
Breakfast was good, but not great.
Rooms very minimalist in furniture and places to put things.

The location was great, all of the staff were friendly and accommodating except for the woman at the front desk. Everything I asked her, I received a “no” or “not sure” but never a solution.
The woman at the front desk and the value of the property did not feel worth it. I wasn’t explained to anything about the amenities, therefore, I didn’t find out about the majority of them until it was almost time for check out. Room had to be switched twice due to minor issues, and even going through three different rooms, I still was not able to get a two bed room as I had originally requested in my reservation.
