Great location for Royal Welsh showground
There was an odd smell which permeated from main bedroom across the landing each morning. Passed concern about plumbing to the owner on departure.

Accommodation was clean and spacious, kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent.
Parking was right next to the property.
The owner provided some surprises in the fridge (milk, OJ & Prosecco).
The location could not have been more perfect for our visit.
The owner met as we arrived, had a brief chat, informed us they lived right next door and were available anytime.
There was nothing at all that we could point out to and complain about.
