The location to Hay-on-Wye is perfect, only 5mins in car. The location of the accommodation of the river is beautiful 😍 The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The tea and coffee facilities were welcomed. Bed was comfortable. Free car parking. Lovely outdoor seating area to relax at the side of the river, one evening we got food from the Pizza van and sat overlooking the river, was very nice. We met Geraldine as we were leaving on our last day, she was very friendly and asked us how our stay was, lovely lady. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for our lovely stay in Glasbury :)
We didnt like having to sit in the bath to use the shower. Even though we knew there was no stand up shower, the bathroom is big enough to have one fitted and would improve the room facilities.
