Nos gustó absolutamente todo!!! La chica que atiende es muy atenta y tienen muchos servicios para ofrecerte. Desde excursiones y tickets de bus o lo que necesites. El desayuno es super rico. Muchas frutas, café y elegir si quieres huevos o pancake, etc. La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación limpia, ordenada, grande, comoda. Todo nos encantó. Gracias

We stayed here for 5 days during our trip across Vietnam. Rosie is lovely - kind and helpful.
Breakfast was good - freshly cooked omelettes and fried eggs and an abundance of fresh fruit. You have to choose from the menu the night before - no problems with that.
A good home stay for a fair price.
One small snag would be the lack of storage space in the room but again, we are used to living out of our backpacks so it wasn’t an issue.
The home stay was a 5 min walk to the centre of Hoi An - away from the hustle and bustle. We slept soundly.
A/C works well and the place is clean and tidy.
The bathroom design: the hand basin is inside the shower cubicle which can be quite annoying. You have to step inside the shower (great if someone’s just used it - not!) if you want to wash your hands etc. Didn’t detract from our stay - you can live with that.
Some noice from late night check ins - not the fault of the home stay but people……..consider others when you check in at midnight and don’t yell and shout. We are not all party animals.

The location is not too far from the historic town and is fairly quiet. The room had a fresh and pleasant decor, and the whole hotel is clean. The Wifi is reasonable, but not enough for a video call. Family who own the hotel are nice.
I booked a Double Deluxe room. Be aware that these rooms have no real window - there is a small, ground-level pane of glass that looks into the hotel's interior stairwell. It receives no natural light, but gets the noise from the reception area and the family kitchen below. I see from previous reviews that the owner points out that you can see the window in the pictures - but you actually cannot see that it is not a functioning window as the curtain is drawn in the photo. Besides this, it should not be up to guests to play detective games - the issue should be disclosed in the listing. When I complained, I was "upgraded" to a room with a window, but I had to pay extra. My rating of the hotel is lowered accordingly.

Absolutely delighted we spent our time in Hoi An here, such a brilliant stay! We were so well looked after and every request or question we had was dealt with so quickly. Location is brilliant, less than 5 minutes to the night market & Old Town. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we decided to extend our stay by a night which was accommodated with no issues. I couldn't recommend a stay here enough!
No major issues with our stay at all. Expect to hear some noise due to passing traffic and nearby construction.

Rose, the host, was very welcoming. She did everything for us from arranging airport pick up, to restaurant and tailor recommendations to cleaning our laundry for a very small fee! This family also have a spa business on the property, we would highly recommend full body massage as a treat! We booked breakfast on 2 mornings, it was such good value, choice of main course, tea/coffee and fruit and absolutely delicious! Very central location but still off the main streets and away from the craziness of the centre! We would love to come back and see Rose and her family again!

comfy bed (most importantly), location was good easy to get everywhere by foot, they have free bikes to use too which was cool. they also run a spa. we didn’t use the pool but I’m sure it’s nice if you want a splash. the lady that runs it is the nicest so helpful and will do anything for you. they weren’t doing food but would 100% eat there if they did. A nice little place away from the bustle of everyone trying to sell you anything and everything.

They offered airport which up which was good for 300k, service was great. as a solo traveller I would have liked a van transfer option which they don't provide any info on. The homestay around the corner booked a van back to danang for me for 130k.
My room was internal so no natural light or air which was disappointing. The sink is in the shower area in the bathroom (behind the door) which is a bit strange so almost a wet room but not quite.
No where to sit at the pool really, it's a small area on the roof top.

This homestay is great. the rooms are spacious , really clean and the bed is soo comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily and there are plenty of fresh clean towels. they also offer a laundry service that is very cheap.The shower is also hot and powerful. There are free bicycles for you to ride around the town which is only 5 minutes walk but the location is very quiet itself. The lady owner is very friendly and very helpful.
this is not a fault of the homestay but when we were there lots of families with small children who let them out in the corridor at 6.45/7 am to cry and shout which woke us up! again no fault of the owner but if you go on a vietnamese holiday period beeare

We had an enjoyable stay at Home Impressions for 4 nights. We had a large clean room and bathroom that was serviced daily. The owner was lovely who gave us loads of recommendations and help organised tours for us. Great location and great value for money!

Wonderful place to stay in Hoi An. Rose goes out of her way to help guests feel at home and to provide information about Hoi An that's extremely helpful. Great comfortable, clean, well-appointed rooms, super quiet in a great location just short minutes from all the action in the historic old quarter. The spa next door, connected to the hotel, provides great massages at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place.

Our host was exceptional, super friendly, always smiling and helped us with everything! Breakfast was yummy, lots of options to choose from with fresh fruit and juices as well. Location was ideal, just 5 mins walk to the Old Town. Very quiet and comfortable so always had a good night sleep. Shower pressure and temperature was great. We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend this Homestay! We will definitely come back if we are in Hoi An again.

There was a window in our room facing the lobby. If there are people talking in the lobby, you will most probably be able to hear it in that room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Impression homestay. The room was spacious and the homestay was spotless. Rose and her family were amazing hosts, offering up suggestions of activities, arranging tours and booking rides. We enjoyed the free bicycles and the umbrellas provided came in handy. We also enjoyed the spa which just opened when we arrived. The location was also great - quiet, but very close to the night market and old town. Highly recommended!

really helpful and friendly owners who went out of their to help us throughout our stay. Cannot recommend enough! Free bikes were really useful for getting around town and location was excellent. Rooftop pool was also lovely for a cool down in the evenings.

The owner is very friendly and amazingly accommodating. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a little issue with our room and she quickly moved us to a bigger better room. The location could not be any better. It is walking distance from the night market and ancient town. Free bicycles is a huge plus. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The AC is nice and strong. Water temperature and pressure are consistent. Overall this homestay is great value. Highly recommended!
