Such a disappointment,

Villa was overall ok, lovely views, good size and great pool.

Check in was terrible, was informed we could leave cases for a few hours and come back when keys ready, only to be told in airport transfer this was not possible. We had to change plans and drag cases round in 35 degree heat and 5 year old. Villa was not clean at all, one bathroom was filthy, crockery and cutlery dirty. Base bed sheets had hairs on them. Really poor. Pool safety gate fell off early in the stay and was not fixed. BBQ - both dirty, no gas provided, ignition didn’t work. Freezer didn’t work properly, food ruined Had 4 maintenance visits, really disruptive. Agency very dismissive now holiday is over. Really disappointing service.

Villa needs significant renovation

the location and view from the terrace is perfect. during the heat, a cool breeze constantly blows.

the villa is in need of renovation. the best years in the distant past. in the description they write that the beds are double, however, these are single attached beds. The tiles in the pool are already falling off. the drains in the washbasins are clogged and despite attempts to clean them with special means, the water drained very slowly. after paying the rent, you will receive additional information that linen must be ordered separately.

Villa was overall ok, lovely views, good size and great pool.
