The staff were very friendly, caring and obliging, and looked after us very well. The property is in a great location, with really good restaurants all within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The queen bed was made up with single bed sheets, which didn’t fit the bed, and which we didn’t realise until we went to bed and reception had closed. We notified the reception staff the following morning and this was rectified that morning.

No breakfast, bad room location, up stairs no lifts , then had to drag bags about 80 meters around a narrow veranda, no view.
The lights in the room were very bad , light above a mirror, were we needed to do makeup for a wedding , light in bathroom was blinking, that was so annoying, light over another mirror had no bulb , overall lighting was so dim , we asked for the fluorescent light to be replaced as we had to do make up for a wedding party , but it was not even looked at . The front window didn’t lock and every time a truck went past on the busy road the window rattled . It was not a pleasant stay at all .
