The hotel is wonderful! Really old and traditional but with modern touches. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. Super close to the main square. The town and old tram to the beach is fabulous. Highly recommend.
No balcony, but it's in keeping with the old style of the building so understand why.

Angel the manager was our saviour! He was there to help with anything we needed. Fantastic location. Delicious breakfast on the beautiful patio. Gorgeous room. Extremely comfortable bed.

Nikole was lovely and was trying her best to be helpful with some issues I experienced. The hotel is in a very central location quite close to the downtown of Soller & very easy to get to the tram to Port de Soller as well.
The hotel only offered parking in their private lot for one night and the town itself has very limited public parking that isn't easy to navigate. My room itself had a broken AC unit that was making a very loud noise that made it impossible to try to sleep with so I needed to turn it off. It made the room really hot at night and just overall was not very pleasant. Nikole did deliver a fan to me to help which was so kind, but it did not work well due to the heat Soller was experiencing. The room itself was okay but the AC issue was really dissapointing.
