الموقع ممتاز جدا كان كل شيء حرفيا وسط البلد وامان جدا تستطيع ان تعود في اي وقت وهناك دائما اشخاص يحرسون المدخل 24 ساعة هذا اكثر شيء اعجبني وودودين جدا

The staff is really kind and helpful, any question, anything that i needed the owner help me out.
The location is perfect just in the city center.
When i did my book for my mistake i booked with bathroom outside when i said to the owner and he gave me a room with toilet inside without any extra charge. I felt really grateful.

Good location in city center. Good bed with warm pad. 8th floor is good in such loud city
Rooms and building itself needs for reconstruction. Walls has a lot of wet traces and probably mold. There was no public kettle (as described in booking) and I had to ask to boil water every time.. And sometimes it took a lot of time (personal are extremely slow).
