My second time in this hotel. Great location and friendly staffs.
In particular love the rooftop onsen and the lounge where you can listen to a Vinyl record or two. Very relaxing after going to the onsen.

The hotel location was good, walking distance from the train station and close to the water for morning walks. The bus stops were close by for a visit to 7 hells.
Breakfast was lovely and the staff was kind and helpful.
The hotel's onsen is split between 2 floors, indoor on 10th floor, outdoor on the 11th, so it was an inconvenience to switch between the two, but not a big deal.

All the staff are so friendly and attentive.
Room was very spacious and had a good view of Beppu Bay.
Inside the hotel looks old and felt needs to update
